Member's bio: Danny Hussey

Danny Hussey received a BFA from NSCAD University in 1990. He exhibited work in Halifax for several years before relocating to Ottawa. Hussey has had many solo and group shows, exhibiting both nationally and internationally. In 2002 Hussey was short listed for the RBC Canadian Painting Competition. He has received grants from the Ontario Arts Council, the City of Ottawa, and the Province of Nova Scotia. Hussey’s work can be found in the collection of the City of Ottawa, the Nova Scotia Art Bank, as well as corporate collections such as Nortel Networks in Ottawa, and Organza Foods in Winnipeg.
