Sep222012

Sat, Sep 22, 2012, 6pm to 4am

One night only! NBO monster printmaking project

Location: front parking lot of 951 Gladstone Ave
Printing “press”: a 36”one-ton asphalt roller
Official Participants: Joyce Westrop, Heidi Conrod, Pat Durr, and Rob Hinchley.

We will have a brightly lit printmaking studio set up en plein air to operate all night long.  Using plywood, plastic or even cardboard as “plates” the artists will create large-scale prints. Enriched Bread Artists Studio is a venue for Nuit Blanche Ottawa. Other events going on at EBA include video by Svetlana Swinimer, light sculpture by Kenneth Emig and maybe a parade by Sally Lee Sheeks. Thanks to The Corel Endowment Fund for the Arts for their financial assistance to Joyce Westrop to rent a one-ton asphalt roller.
